All sales are final. Because our DIN kits are vehicle-specific electronics, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or vehicle incompatibility if the kit matches your order description. Please verify your vehicle's make, model, year, and dash configuration before purchasing.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
We stand behind the performance of our products. You are eligible for a full refund, repair, or replacement only if your kit arrives in one of the following conditions:
  • Damaged in Transit: The item or its housing arrived physically broken, cracked, or shattered.
  • Manufacturing Fault: The unit experiences a critical hardware or software failure that prevents it from functioning as advertised (e.g., blank screen, non-responsive touch screen, dead ports).
3. What is Not Covered
This policy strictly excludes coverage for:
  • Damage caused by incorrect DIY installation or improper wiring.
  • Blown fuses or electrical shorts caused by vehicle power surges.
  • Minor software glitches solvable via standard firmware updates.
4. How to Submit a Claim
